Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products (if opened)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked Non-Returnable” on the product page

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and send a replacement or refund if approved.

Exchanges

Because we operate through a dropshipping fulfillment network, exchanges are not always available.

If you need a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for the replacement

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
